Information and uses

Your email is required to deliver the guide. Name and company are optional. We record the requested country, guide and language, date, referring section, choice about updates, notice version and delivery/download status. If you request a conversation, we record that request and your indicated timeframe. We do not request sensitive data.

We use these data to process your request, deliver the link and respond to your inquiries. Request limits use technical identifiers derived from the connection; we do not store your untransformed IP address in the contact database. Infrastructure providers may generate technical security logs.

Optional updates

Only if you select the relevant checkbox may we use your data for updates and commercial communications about business expansion and operations. Leaving it unchecked does not prevent receipt of the guide. You may unsubscribe or limit use by emailing the stated address with the subject “Unsubscribe from updates”. Downloading does not engage our services.

Providers and retention

We use OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting, records and files, and Resend for requested email delivery. These services may process information outside your country. We do not sell data or provide it to third parties for their own advertising. Disclosures to authorities will be handled where required by law.

We retain information for as long as needed for the stated purposes, your rights and applicable obligations, then restrict or delete it as appropriate. Download links expire after seven days. Expiry alone does not delete the request record.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection or withdrawal of consent at the contact email. Provide your name, reply channel, right exercised and relevant data; for corrections, specify the change and supporting evidence. We will explain how to verify your identity or representation securely.

We will communicate our determination on ARCO rights within twenty days and, where granted, implement it within the following fifteen days, subject to applicable statutory extensions. Withdrawal does not affect prior processing or obligations requiring retention.

Analytics and changes

Google Analytics activates only if you accept analytics cookies. You can change that choice in “Cookie preferences”. Request events record the country, language and action without your email, name or company. The download page does not use Analytics.

We will publish changes on this page with their date and version. If a purpose changes in a way requiring consent, we will obtain it before applying that use.
